- Degree in relevant Electrical/Mechanical Engineering discipline.
- Extensive experience with designing vertical transportation systems for a wide range of building typologies and sectors.
- Knowledge of all applicable VT Codes Standards and Building Codes
- Ability to manage multiple reviews and deadlines simultaneously.
- Responsive to changing demands.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to accomplish goals.
- Detail oriented and strong analytical skills.
- Extensive knowledge of standard engineering practices, techniques, and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills ability to plan and schedule work.
- Technical capability & delivery.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Collaboration & Teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills for client level presentations.
