Senior Urban Planner

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of master plans in coordination with an internal multidisciplinary team.
• Accountable to collaborating with and integrating within internal and external discipline and specialty trade inputs into the master plan.
• Lead the preparation and authoring sections design reports.
• Develop, supervise and execute design ideas and strategies.
• Ensure master plan compliance with latest planning policies, regulations and client requirements.
• Attend client meetings, and prepare and lead design presentations.
• Support the Project Manager in lead aspects of the stakeholder engagement.
• Assist the main Project PM with providing resource information, workplan, schedule and variation order updates pertaining to the project.
• QA/QC of all deliverables and presentations.
• Support in business development.
• Mentor fellow urban design and planning team members
