Senior UIUX Designer

Roles & responsibilities

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions as per new trends to continuously improve the user experience.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Engage in product brainstorming sessions to provide design input from customer point of view.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to regularly deliver design solutions as per timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 years of UI/UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for customer facing tech first app based companies.
• Experience in designing highly interactive mobile applications & responsive design.
• Proficient in the required tools of trade like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
• Have contributed in the launch and complete lifecycle of high scale products. Have knack of user experience and journey.
• Ability to multitask in a highly energetic, fast paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Accountability and Ownership: Self-driven individual who can build and maintain high scale projects end to end.
• Skills in Illustrations and Animations would be an added advantage.
