Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Applicant is preferred to have a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field. Higher degrees may be preferred, such as a master's degree or doctorate.
Previous Experience: The candidate will preferably have prior experience in testing and operations in engineering industries, with in-depth knowledge of quality, safety and assurance standards.
Technical Knowledge: The applicant must be familiar with testing techniques, ability to analyze technical data, and understand complex engineering systems.
Leadership and Management Skills: The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage, motivate and direct a team towards achieving testing and operations objectives.
