- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP) are a plus.
- UAE Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in the UAE, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
- Labor Law Expertise: In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations, with a demonstrated ability to align company policies accordingly.
- Emiratisation Experience: Proven track record in Emirati national hiring and knowledge of Emiratisation compensation and benefits structures.
- International Exposure: Extensive experience in international compensation and benefits, with a focus on Eastern European and African countries. Familiarity with global salary scales like Tower Watson or Hays is highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills to drive decision-making processes and optimize compensation packages.
- Excellent Communication: Outstanding communication skills to educate and inform employees about their compensation and benefits.
