- Develop and maintain the cost distribution mechanism and recharge structure for all stakeholders.
- Deliver project review recommendations and business case solutions for Executive Leadership team endorsement.
- Develop a roadmap and the action plan for the implementation of the strategy, including the timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to the project manager.
- Lead the change management process and the stakeholder engagement for the successful execution of the project.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development and organizational review / alignment of resources preferably in fire and rescue services and / or the oil and gas industry.
- A strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
