Ensuring the setting specific objectives to develop a cohesive marketing strategy for the authority that alignment between the authoritys goals and the development of marketing campaigns to meet those objectives. Designing digital marketing campaigns and understating the key performance
indicators used. Build authoritys brand and plan sustainable brand awareness and continuously enhance the corporate identity.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
1. Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement annual & strategy plan related to marketing
function to ensure the alignment with the authority strategic objectives. Contribute to the
organizations annual business plan and longterm strategy through Research and analysis to the
market dynamics marketing needs and bench market for marketing activities (monitor trends) to
deliver and execute suitable marketing strategies. Develop organizations marketing Policies &
Processes.
2. Budget: Develop & plan Marketing Budget in coordination with the Head of Corporate Marketing &
Communication Office and department heads. Monitor and analyze the expenditures of the marketing
functions to ensure that the performance is within the allocated annual budget.
3. Marketing Campaign: lead and Develop authoritys marketing campaigns and analyze performance
that leverages behavioral interest to drive brand awareness. Devise and utilize marketing campaigns
techniques and/or tools in defining developing managing controlling the progress of the campaigns
from concept to completion and define campaigns performance measurements. Responsible for all
aspects of marketing projects including: meeting deadlines time management contingency planning
approval channels and procedures budgeting campaign analysis and tracking / monitoring
procedures. Build and implement necessary communication with internal units to understand their
requirement and needs for their projects/plans and prepares their marketing activities using innovative
ideas. Manage the creative production of online and offline marketing assets graphic design and video
production from the initial concept to finished product.
4. Brand Standards & Compliance: Develop the authoritys brand and ensuring that are strongly defined
and integrated throughout all mediums and marketing efforts (like events email campaigns website
marketing collaterals) so that clients can receive a consistent message about authority. Develop and
execute all policies and guidelines on how the corporate brand should be employed (eversions and
printed).
5. Digital Marketing: Design the digital marketing strategy to drive website traffic increase brand
awareness and generate followers across all platforms to improve marketing results evaluating
important metrics that affect the website traffic service quotas and target audience etc.
6. Risk Management: Ensure the implementation of regular Risk Assessment for all marketing functions
and maintain office and processwise Risk Libraries.
7. Sponsorship: Support the management of all sponsorship events by DCAA and relevant external
community initiatives in marketing aspects.
8. Innovation: Establish innovation skills and methodologies for marketing functions leading to the right
utilization of the innovation to optimize cost.
9. Outsource Management: Manage relationship with the marketing agencies and manage the
performance of the selected marketing agencies as per the agreed level of service and allocated
budget and recommend corrective actions in case of underperformance.
10. Other Duties: Perform any jobrelated activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.
Qualifications
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing and International Business
Masters Degree (preferred)
Certifications:
Business Development Certificate
Certified Branding Manager
The Strategic Marketing Plan
Professional Experience:
At least (47) years working experience in Marketing or in professional role
