-At least 4 years of experience
-Must at least one full lifecycle HCM / SF implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live).
-Must have SAP configuration experience.
-Must be able to carry out task breakdown and prioritization related to the concerned project.
-Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
-Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload.
