Role Summary:
The Senior Sales Engineer studies markets and proactively prospects new leads. S/He will work on promoting the companys brand products and services.
Position Location: Abu Dhabi
Business Industry: Elevators Escalators and Moving Walkways
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Visit clients consultants and contractors to prospect new leads.
- Support clients consultants and contractors on elevator design and traffic analysis.
- Prepare tenders/quotations.
- Promote companys products to existing and new clients.
- Prospect New Installation sales.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
- Gather market and customer information.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events.
- Provide technical support to the sales team during design phase of projects when needed.
- Carryout Traffic Analysis workout all necessary dimensions to support consultants during design and advise an appropriate solution in a professional manner.
- Prepare adequate quotations based on accurate cost calculation to be presented to the client.
- Coordinate with other departments (installation projects finance safety etc.) to prepare all necessary information.
- Adhere to all health and safety rules of the company.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Elevator Industry in Sales Design and/or Installation.
Required Knowledge Skills Abilities and Personality Attributes:
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Good Problem solving and conflict management skills.
- Great Leadership and management skills.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Good Decision making skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a must.
