- Minimum of 3 year’s sales experience within Residential Development sales.
- Proven track record and experience in international sales.
- Well connected within the UAE and GCC market.
- Strong attention to detail, competency, and a team player.
- A cultural understanding of the UAE and APAC markets.
- Fast and efficient with an understanding of the sense of urgency and time zones.
- Competitive, self-motivated, results and data driven.
- A detailed understanding of the residential markets across the UAE
- Astute and dynamic team member able to work collaboratively and react quickly to challenges.
- Prepared to travel within the GCC and APAC regions.
- Attend exhibitions, sales events to drive sales by developing and maintaining relationship with potential buyers and investors and the APAC sales teams.
- Manage client database system ensuring all calls and sales are logged accurately, including contact details, result of calls, and any follow updates or other action required.
- Building long term relationships with purchasers and gaining repeat business.
- KPI and sales performance driven.
- Ambitious, enthusiastic, and passionate about results.
