- Lead and guide a team of road works design professionals, providing technical expertise and mentorship.
- Oversee the conceptualization, planning, and execution of road networks integrated with railway systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including rail project managers, to ensure seamless integration of road design within overall project objectives.
- Ensure strict adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and local specifications throughout the road works design process.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes for design deliverables.
- Introduce advanced design technologies and sustainable practices to enhance the efficiency and environmental sustainability of road networks.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in road works design processes and methodologies.
