Position Overview:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will play a pivotal role in the development of new and existing business relationships within the Offshore Drilling sector. Your responsibilities will include identifying and placing candidates in key roles such as Drilling Supervisors Drillers Assistant Drillers Drilling Engineers and AB Roustabouts on international projects involving Drill Ships Oil Rigs Barges OSV/Offshore Support Vessels and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture strong client relationships within the Offshore Drilling sector.
• Source and match toptier talent with highprofile projects.
• Manage endtoend recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates providing industry insights and guidance.
• Contribute to the growth and success of our Dubai UAE office.
