We are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruitment Consultant with extensive experience in banking financial services and legal sectors to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid work arrangement allowing you to work 4 days from home and 1 day in the office either in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will play a pivotal role in our organization engaging in a 360degree recruitment process. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying new clients understanding their recruitment needs and delivering highquality staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement:
    • Identify and develop relationships with new clients in the banking financial services and legal sectors.
    • Understand client requirements thoroughly through comprehensive briefings and maintain regular communication to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients regarding industry trends market insights and recruitment best practices.
  2. Candidate Management:
    • Source screen and evaluate potential candidates to match client requirements effectively.
    • Facilitate candidate interviews ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
    • Conduct thorough reference checks and background verification processes as needed.
  3. Market Analysis and Strategy:
    • Conduct market mapping exercises to identify key talent pools industry trends and competitor insights.
    • Analyze market dynamics and provide actionable insights to drive informed decisionmaking.
    • Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract toptier candidates and stay ahead of market trends.
  4. Service Excellence:
    • Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
    • Build and maintain longterm relationships based on trust integrity and professionalism.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates providing expert guidance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  5. Flexibility and Commitment:
    • Display willingness to work outside normal business hours to accommodate client and candidate schedules.
    • Exhibit a proactive and adaptable approach to meet the evolving needs of clients and candidates.


Requirements

To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelors degree or Diploma in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in banking financial services or legal sectors in the UAE.
  • Indepth knowledge of industryspecific trends regulations and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on delivering value and exceeding client expectations.
  • High level of integrity professionalism and ethical conduct.
