Job Description

- Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to proactively identify and attract top talent for the organization.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success.
- Build and maintain a strong network of passive and active candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the organization's employer brand and attract top talent.
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
