Senior Project Manager (KSA)


JOB PURPOSE:


Lead, plan and control the overall portfolio of all KSA projects through the entire life cycle, from concept design to project completion in collaboration with all internal teams while ensuring all project milestones are achieved completed timely and cost efficiently meeting stakeholder requirements, specifications, quality, and client requirements to support the overall achievement of marketing strategy.

Function as the Project Manager Construction Projects, covering all phases from award to hand-over to End-user. Ensure the preparation and implementation of detailed plans for the assigned project in order to achieve the Company agreed objectives.



Project Planning
  • Lead project planning process by establishing change charter, project plan, communication plan, steering and working committee groups, stakeholder list, budgets, measurable deliverables and KPIs.
  • Establish and communicate the right expectations from the program resources, coordinate team efforts toward program objectives, and provide support and guidance when required in order to create clarity and build ownership for the team
  • Ensuring all project team members are aligned to the required outcomes of the projects and programs plans.

Project Management

  • Take a leading role in the Company s project management and planning processes for KSA business projects; managing dependencies across the region and the consolidation of all project related activities.
  • Lead execute and support projects ranging from mid-sized process improvements to major business transformation initiatives based on project management practices and quality, time and budget standards.
  • Monitor the overall implementation and progress of all KSA related projects and initiatives, and identify dependencies and interdependencies to provide subject matter expertise and guidance.
  • Identify new projects/ programs, based on the overall strategic plans, results, analyses of variances and initiate corrective/ improvement actions if required in order to ensure successful implementation of marketing efforts within the digital arena.

Issue Resolution and Risk Mitigation

  • Manage and mitigate the impact of problems or issues raised during the projects in order to address them in a timely manner, minimise costs and align it to the project objectives and requirements.
  • Escalate and follow-up in coordination with the business, on unresolved decisions /risks which have a high impact on cost, timelines or delivery quality to the senior management to keep them aware, get their inputs on issue resolution.
  • Develop comprehensive risk mitigation plans, establish and maintain a standard process for identifying and mitigating risks and escalating them to the management when required in order to minimise risks during the program implementation while adhering to the set policies, procedures and standards.

Relationship Management

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders during overall program management and project implementation in order to provide guidance, track progress, communicate the status and highlight any potential issues.



Requirements

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

  • 10 years of experience in Strategic Sales Management, Operations, of which at least 5 years in a senior managerial role, preferably in the retail sector or in a similar environment.
  • Multi-functional project management experience.
  • Deep knowledge of business workflows, operations processes and systems.
  • Experience of developing strategic plans for service-based industry.
  • Strong experience in project management and the execution of complex projects that are critical to the delivery of business strategies and goals.
  • Regional exposure and retail background are a plus.
  • Innovative and conceptual thinking
  • Highly skilled in aligning goals with strategic direction
  • Ability to drive organizational climate/culture
  • Knowledge of strategic marketing and financial management
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills, Communication and influencing skills
  • Project management, Team leadership skills

Professional Certifications

Holder of the Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
