Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

Project Planning

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Create and maintain a detailed work breakdown structure (WBS) to guide project activities.

Team Leadership

• Assemble project teams and assign responsibilities.
• Provide clear direction, guidance, and motivation to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Resource Management

• Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed.
• Ensure that the team has the necessary tools and support to perform effectively.

Risk Management

• Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project outcomes.
• Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Regularly review and update the risk register and ensure risk mitigation actions are implemented.

Quality Assurance

• Establish and enforce quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits of project deliverables.
• Ensure that project outcomes meet or exceed quality expectations.
