- 15 years experience with hands on experience in project management on large infrastructure projects.
- Prior design experience in civil infrastructure projects is mandatory
- Internal PMC (Project Management Certification) or PMP (Project Management Professional Certification) is preferred
- International experience in managing the design of multi million dollar projects would be advantageous
