- Lead and oversee all production aspects of projects, ensuring the delivery of exceptional events that align with established strategic and creative objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, goals, and expectations, translating them into actionable production plans.
- Together with the project manager, you are responsible for managing multiple project timelines, resources, and budgets to achieve optimal results while meeting financial targets.
- Manage project budgets and onboarding of new suppliers.
- Provide expert guidance and supervision to the production team and project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Execute multiple projects/events simultaneously, managing each stage of activation with precision and attention to detail.
