We are currently looking for a Senior Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team and support our ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project schedules including resource allocation and progress tracking

Review and analyze project plans schedules and budgets to ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints

Coordinate with project team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones

Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating potential delays or issues

Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management highlighting any critical areas

Utilize project management software to track project progress and update schedules accordingly

Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of project plans with company goals and objectives

Participate in project meetings and provide input on scheduling and planning matters

Mentor and train junior planning engineers and provide guidance on best practices and industry standards

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field

Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the real estate or construction industry

Advanced knowledge of project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project

Strong understanding of project planning and scheduling techniques and methodologies

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative while also being a team player

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations related to construction and real estate is a plus
