The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team in Dubai UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in Fit Out and Luxury Projects and will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of our projects. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of all activities Coordinate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for project planning Conduct feasibility studies and resource allocation analysis to optimize project timelines and costs Monitor and track project progress identify potential delays and propose solutions to keep the project on schedule Prepare regular reports and presentations on project status and performance for management and clients Utilize project management software and tools to enhance planning and scheduling processes

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Masters degree is a plus Proven work experience as a Planning Engineer in the Fit Out and Luxury Projects industry Expertise in project management tools such as Primavera P6 Microsoft Project or similar software Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in project planning and scheduling Experience in Working with International Consultants. Experience in fast Track Fit Out Projects Able to work under pressure
