Senior Piping Engineer

The purpose of this position is to coordinate the repair and maintenance of NEP They will help manage the RMA process with vendors and service

• Work with mobile unit coordinators in our internal systems to escalate maintenance issues to vendors
  
• Manage the service contracts and track usage with vendors
  
• Support the systems engineers with vendor replacements and tracking
  
• Be available for 24/7 escalation for emergencies issues
  
• Assist with the coordination with maintenance departments and keep them organized
  
• Work with service vendors to acquire loaners, exchanges, and replacement Make sure loaners or bad equipment is returned to vendors in a timely fashion
  
• Serve as a liaison between the coordinator group and purchasing for part requests
  
• Facilitate the sourcing and purchasing of maintenance
  
• Maintain and organize the maintenance parts room and perform routine inventory in coordination with the bench
  
• Handle shipping, packaging, and logging of equipment returns to factory
  
• Contribute to the organization of the maintenance department and facilitate an efficient working environment for the
  
• Assist with truck parking and schedule in the building
  

Requirements

• Technical or bachelor s degree
  
• 2+ years of technical experience preferred; however, a combination of education and experience will be
  
• Must possess exceptional oral and written communication
  
• Familiarity with audio, visual, graphic, and other systems used in mobile television facilities desirable but not
  
• Attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and meet
  
• Ability to professionally interact with a wide range of
  
• Must possess computer (Microsoft Office suite)
  
• Demonstrated knowledge of television technology and equipment is
