- Develop and implement operational standards, processes, and best practices to maximize uptime of the charging network and ensure consistent service quality.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair programs, ensuring that all stations under respective responsibility are functioning optimally, and any issues are addressed swiftly.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, forecast needs, and drive operational excellence.
- Spearhead initiatives to optimize commissioning of chargers, uptime as well as user experience.
