- Responsible for the proper take-over of new projects, including but not limited to staffing requirement, setting up of Company's operational requirement; preparation of start-up fund for the condo corp. and other operational concern;
- Coordinates with property owners when necessary, developers and the Board of Directors;
- Attends Board meetings and General membership meetings and provides information related to the best practices implemented in all managed properties;
