Senior Officer - Digital Learning

Responsibilities:
• Acts as the Business Partner to all departments ensuring all their training design needs are met.
• Contributes to the content of the “My Learning” page on the company intranet designing engaging content.
• Investigates innovative uses of the LMS in learning and assists in the development of learning modules to increase learner engagement and motivation.
• Performs all aspects of LMS administration including uploading of new-joiners and deletion of users to the system.
• Provides key insights into the design and development of new and existing eLearning products.
• Identifies how eLearning can be improved, evaluated and adapted using the latest technology trends and e-learning tools.
• Evaluate current uses of technology and make recommendations on future needs.
• Reviews all training feedback and provides key analysis of trends and recommendations.
• Ensures the upkeep and maintenance of the LMS document filing system.
