Responsibility:
• Ensure all the system is operating at high uptime and available for business.
• Ensure the systems are kept up-to-date including versions and patch update.
• Ensure optimal performance of all the respective systems.
• Ensure systems are monitored and proactive upgrades are performed to ensure smooth functioning of systems.
• Recommend improvements proactively on respective areas.
• Follow corporate IT Policies, procedure and guidelines.
• Escalate incidents as per corporate IT guidelines. Requirements:
• Data Center Network Infrastructure (Expert)
• LAN/WAN MPLS Hands-on (Expert)
• Cisco: Core Switch, Router, Wireless Hands-on (Expert)
• HP Switch and Router (Expert)
