Key Responsibilities:
• Design or study mechanical modifications for oil, gas, and utility facilities.
• Lead capital project execution while adhering to work scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage project lifecycle from engineering to construction and turnover.
• Develop project proposals, defining scope, schedules, and budget for approval.
• Participate in HAZOP Studies, FEED reviews, and detailed engineering.
• Oversee contractors for design, procurement, and construction.
• Develop contracting strategies and coordinate among project stakeholders.
• Review schedules and monitor progress, addressing any contractor performance issues.
