- Review, verify & approve contractor's / vendor's pre-qualification, method of statement work shop drawings, materials submittals, contractor's QA/QC & safety plans, drawing & material schedules for MEP services.
- All Mechanical services like HVAC system, Plumbing, fire protection systems. Services also includes Building management system, district cooling, Irrigation, landscape, AWAC system, Water treatment plants, Swimming Pool, Water features & fountains, etc.
- Verify the accuracy of material quantity take-off, material approval status, and procurement
