- Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering
- Minimum10 years of experience in experience in the construction of marine works such as beach nourishment, groynes and quay wall construction.
- Working knowledge of engineering and construction-related processes, as well as marine industry practices.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, a familiarity with CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering and construction, and the potential for performing in a lead capacity on a project.
