Job Description
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Contracts Management, preferably both in procurement and post-contract management of multiple services contracts, with experience in a client’s organization or in a contract management consultancy
- Support the business in the development of Transition Plan to demobilize the existing contractor and onboarding new contractor
- Ensuring compliance to commercial & legal T&Cs
- Monitoring of contract data & reports
- Ensuring all final recoveries, back charges, penalties, setback are addressed
