Responsibilities:
• Evaluates and endorses legal policies, template documentation (where applicable) and internal legal positions for the business decisions and operations.
• Manages and leads complex business critical matters with multiple stakeholders whilst providing accurate advice.
• Reviews risk management strategies and provides timely and proactive advice on legal matters.
• Provides key legal advice on business matters that enable the company to minimize its legal risk.
• Leads the development and presentation of legal and regulatory / compliance training seminars for internal clients.
