- Develop and implement a global total rewards philosophy that supports company goals. Manage benefits, wellbeing, and pension programs across Australia, India, Ireland, Türkiye, the UK, and EMEA/APAC countries through our Global Employer of Record (EOR)
- Measure current benefit offerings and recommend improvements/efficiencies
- Build and develop our global team, providing people management, talent development, and growth opportunities. Manage broker, consultant, and vendor partnerships
- Develop a communication strategy that increases understanding of global benefit programs and the value they deliver
