- Assessing and defining logistical aspects of the project execution plan in collaboration with the client and project delivery team.
- Managing and motivating their element of the Mace project team identifying risks and opportunities to continually develop our people, project performance, and succession plans at either project, programme level.
- Managing and motivating their element of the project logistics team by listening and understanding the challenges each party faces and establishing support and alternative solutions to overcome potential issues.
- Monitoring project performance in key areas and suggesting corrective action where necessary (safety management, risk assessment, risk management, logistics management) utilising digital technology where applicable.
