- Should have 10+ years of technology experience in business analysis for banking domain with 10+ years relevant experience for handling product& services for CCIB Business
- In depth understanding and knowledge of banking domain across CCIB
- Expert in documenting process and SOP’s.
- Possess strong functional knowledge on end-to-end business banking processes and operations.
- Should have good knowledge on customer onboarding& Servicing, Customer Relationship Management
- Possess good skills in understanding existing business process flow and construct to be processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to perform system and business analysis.
- Should have experience handling SDLC and Agile projects.
- Should be techno functional to understand business and as well to understand and interpret technical solutions and challenges.
- Ability to work well under pressure and make informed decisions.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent time organization, stress management skills and adhere to deadlines.
- Flexible with timings and strong commitment towards taking ownership and ensuring complete end to end tracking of different initiatives.
