Job Description
• Handles the day-to-day implementation of the Reliability tools and techniques (RCM, RCA, RIS, RBI, FMEA, LTA etc.) as per Reliability Procedures and applicable Sub Procedures.
• Applies RCA techniques, Barrier analysis, Bayesian inference, Causal factor tree analysis, Change analysis, Current Reality Tree, Failure mode and effects analysis, Fault tree analysis, 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram, Pareto analysis, RPR Problem Diagnosis
• Monitor RCM strategies for reporting, classifying, investigating, analyzing and developing corrective actions for all safety, environmental, reliability, quality and other problems to prevent them from reoccurrence.
