Senior HSE Manager

Responsibilities
• Lead, develop and implement the HSE strategy and objectives to align with the company's aims and objectives.
• Implement change for DMCC operational HSE control under a corporate umbrella to enable HSE system implementation.
• Develop, implement and maintain the DMCC HSE Strategy, Policy and Management Procedures.
• Continually develop and improve the management of DMCC HSE, providing leadership and direction, whilst engaging Executive Management, staff and stakeholders.
• Maintain leading technical knowledge and awareness, provide expert advice on all HSE legislation to the CEO, Executive Directors and Department Heads.
• Plan and develop all processes, policies and systems to enable the business to adequately discharge their statutory duties and responsibilities.
• Perform additional duties within the scope of the position as required by the CEO and Executive Directors.
• Chair the DMCC HSE Committee and provide recommendations to the CEO and Executive Directors.
• Lead the DMCC crisis management team with Group Security.
• Investigate Accidents/Incidents, identify trends and recommend corrective, preventive measures and lessons learned to the CEO and Executive
