- Experience in developing and leading a team, as well as continuous personal development.
- Driven to achieve results and demonstrating hands-on approach.
- Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate sophisticated issues
- Ability to shape and challenge the status quo.
- Strong compliance mindset
- Experience in a Commercial organization, with Gross Profit Elimination or Supply Chain is a plus.
- The role would require travel, mainly within EMEA (up to 40%).
