Work with BUs to evaluate and improve business processes and create cost-effective solutions Analyze business requirements and plan application changes needed for future enhancements. Maximize utilization of ERP applications core functionality and minimize customizations Oversee the creation of business requirements and functional specifications that development can work from. Create and support functional solutions that meet the business need Create, drive and implement projects from original concept through final implementation Gather business requirements (developing Use cases, when appropriate) - translating into functional and technical requirements Conduct gap analysis between as-is and to-be process Identifying training requirements Partner with functional leaders to manage change Set-up test scenarios and conducting pilots Manage the conversion of multiple legacy and bolt-on applications Execute cut-over tasks and provide post go-live support Drive technology support, maintenance and enhancements for Oracle ERP (Finance, Purchasing, CRM and HR Modules) Participate in analysis, requirements gathering, system design, software / hardware applicability studies to create a world class ERP application Participate in the evaluation/implementation of third party software solutions
