Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the top tier developers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our Client is involved in some of the most innovative projects & programs and they are looking for aSenior Facilities Manager who will be responsible forday-to-day site management development and control of all Asset and FM related activities and reporting.

- Develop an effective reporting system that monitors and communicates FM objectives, key performance indicators, financial status, progress, challenges, risk, etc.
- Develop several project/site manuals and procedures in a standardized format.
- Develop an energy management processes and achieving accreditation.
- Accountable of the site s budget (management and control) of FM related OPEX.
- Support with the implementation of Asset Life Cycle, forward maintenance and CAPEX planning.
- Perform and coordinate site inspections and determine potential improvements on the current operational system/ infrastructure in place across multiple sites.
- Develop innovative procedures, equipment sharing, bulk purchasing to provide maximum benefit at minimum cost;
- Manage CAFM system and all the data related to the system;
- Monitor and manage the SLA and KPI of services on Assets and responsible for all PPM and RM for all services on site

Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in facility coordination and project management.
- A Member of the Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management (IWFM) formally BIFM (minimum), or equivalent membership preferred.
- Basic Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) knowledge.
- Proficiency in Facilities Management software such as Maximo or Concept Evolution is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of maintenance planning and schedules.
