Managing the performance review cycle and career planning practices, including the implementation of new competency frameworks.
Ensuring consistent delivery of efficient and effective performance management activities to drive all colleagues’ productivity and growth.
Delivering suitable training, webinars and development initiatives as needed.
Administering the performance management system to maintain data accuracy and track key metrics.
Providing day-to-day guidance and coaching on performance and talent management. Reinforcing the development of a coaching culture aligned with the firm values as a way of inspiring our people.
