Desired Skills:
- In-depth Knowledge of all Windows OS
- Troubleshooting of problems/issues.
- Ability to perform Root cause analysis on the problem/issues published and find the appropriate solution.
- Antivirus knowledge.
- Basic Project Management Knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Server 2013/2016, Office 365/Exchange Online and core elements: Active Directory, Federation Services, DNS, hybrid Configurations, Mail Flow and Connectors, Outlook client configuration, PowerShell, SMTP, SSL/TLS, Authentication, mail encryption.
- A solid understanding security practices within the server/exchange environment.
- Must have sufficient technical depth to communicate with customers and other internal teams at a peer level.
- Exchange Online & Exchange Hybrid Administration.
- Office 365 license management, User & Group management, etc.).
- Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
- Microsoft DirSync (Azure AD Connect) and AD Integration.
- Active Directory.
- Microsoft Azure AD.
- PowerShell.
