- Minimum: Minimum of 8 years of experience in System Architecture, with a focus on missile systems, with an emphasis on Model Based System Engineering tools and methodologies.
- Preferred: 10+ years of experience in System Architecture in a missile production company, with a strong focus on MBSE.
- Certification in relevant MBSE tools and methodologies
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
