Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Identifying root causes, and driving continuous improvement used by the operation team
Overseeing and day-to-day operations and maintenance of the production units to ensure that tasks are achieved effectively and efficiently
Ensure smooth and efficient operation of LNC production units and tools, meeting production targets and quality standards
Key Result Areas
Implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall production processes
