- A bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent from an accredited university
- Minimum of 10+ years in Electronic Documentation Management Systems in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Projects including if person has a bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 15+ years in Electronic Documentation Management Systems in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Projects including if person has a Diploma
- Minimum five (5) years (preferred) in GCC region
