• You’re able to guide and steer Sr Managers and Directors as they craft stories with data using analysis and interpretation of datasets to create easy to understand and compelling narratives to support decision making.
• You have a proven ability of cultivating deep customer empathy and articulating customer problems.
• You are adaptable, resilient, flexible, and bring a mindset of constant improvement and transparency to your work and when leading others cross-functionally.
• You are flexible and work within changing priorities with enthusiasm and creativity.
• You have extremely strong written and verbal interpersonal skills and are known for being able to build constructive working relationships with almost anyone.
• You have high standards across the board - from your work product to the way you lead and engage with others.
• You are able to flex between getting very deep into the details (no task is too small for you) - to presenting and defending findings to our C-suite.
