Our client, a manufacturing company, is looking to hire a high-performing Sales Manager who will be responsible for maximizing their sales team potential, creating and executing sales plans and strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Researching marketing opportunities and developing plans, understanding consumer needs, identifying market trends and suggesting improvements to achieve the companys marketing goals.
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensuring it s strong presence
Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Conducting thorough marketing research on competitors products and services.
Maintaining a healthy relationships with clients by making regular visits and understanding their needs
Generating new business leads and negotiating deals with the clients
Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.
The requirements listed below are representative of the Knowledge, Skill and/or ability required to perform this job satisfactorily
Minimum of 4 years proven sales experience
Expertise in the energy drink industry is desirable
Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends.
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
The candidate should be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
