- Manage team resources to meet project delivery goals.
- Develop and execute project delivery strategy.
- Plan pre-contract, scheduling, and design development aligning with success criteria.
- Support design managers in preparing project design scope and RFPs.
- Manage design consultant procurement and tender process.
- Oversee design progress, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and Procurement for project contracts.
- Conduct kick-off meetings and manage design-to-construction transition.
- Monitor project progress, compliance, and risk mitigation.
