Job Description
Req ID : 2528454
Job Purpose: Responsible to provide effective admin support and customer service functions for all activities related to the Transport Control Centre. Will be responsible for communicating with internal/external stakeholders including customers & crew. Ensuring all systems and records are accurately maintained and service delays are minimised . Will be responsible to interact with other departments and also to ensure all data/records and billing are accurately maintained and service delays are minimal.
Qualifications & Experience: Administration.Secretarial : 3 Years
10 Years schooling or equivalent :
Knowledge/skills: Advantageous to have a minimum 12 years in a UAE based Transport Car rental Company. Computer literate with Microsoft office applications. Ability to communicate in other foreign language will be advantageous. Customer service experience A valid UAE driving licence is preferred. Leadership Role : NO Safety Sensitive Role: NO
