Responsibilities
• Delivery, maintenance, and revision of cost estimates for large and small construction projects
• Ensuring cost estimating and cost engineering deliverables are completed according to project objectives
• Managing project office actions, preparing and managing site working plans and schedules
• Reviewing client scope of work, attending project site visits, and supervising estimates for change management
• Developing and retaining estimating procedures and methods
