Responsibilities:
• Execute capital projects according to the scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide cost analysis, controls, and reporting for Capital and non-Capital projects.
• Offer input and recommendations for cost engineering requirements, including staffing, project controls, and analyzing scope, quantities, and cost data.
• Organize, monitor, and control project costs, aligning with contractual requirements, objectives, and Company procedures.
• Ensure accurate reporting of all project commitments and maintain updated project and expenditure forecasts.
• Proactively advise management of forecasted costs exceeding the approved budget.
• Utilize statistical tools for cost metrics analysis and risk assessment.
