Senior Contract Manager

Manages and integrates work activities of staff to ensure compliance with corporate, contract, and legal requirements

Legal knowledge and the ability to communicate this to others appropriately

Appropriate speed of contract draft turnaround

Directs all components of large scale assessment activities on assigned programs, including development, administration, and scoring

Provides leadership and direction to resolve issues and challenges in program development and administration

Participates in organizational strategic planning and financial planning activities

Communicates with leadership to share program updates, act in a consultative role, and provide input and guidance in setting policy and delivering on our contract commitments

Is responsible for the professional development of assigned Educational Program Manager(s) to prepare them for the role of Senior Manager, Client Services

The provision of support to operations and business development staff in the review of invitations to tender and proposals

Manage the proper coordination of various types of agreements and other contract/legal documents with other corporate functions, such as accounting, legal, tax
